Little Bloxwich Primary School

“Thank you for your meditation stories to share on our school website for parents to access, as they want. They have really enjoyed listening to them.”

Ludlow Primary School:

“Practising mindfulness and meditation is extremely beneficial for children and has been shown to have a huge impact on mental health. However, it can be difficult to find tools to support this in schools. StillMind is a brilliant resource that can be incorporated easily into daily life. The children really enjoy participating in the videos and being able to think back and utilise the meditation and mindfulness techniques they’ve learnt, when needed.”

Orleton Primary School:

“It has been invaluable to have Sally from StillMind offering us support as a school over the last three months. Her sessions have been specifically designed around the needs of our children, and they have really enjoyed them. The session lengths allow children to focus without distraction, and they look forward to their meditation. I highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for something different to engage, relax and energise their children.”

Elinor

“My recent visit to StillMind was an absolutely rejuvenating experience that relaxed and refreshed me. The new space Sally has created exudes serenity and calmness from the moment you step in. It's a sanctuary where stress melts away, and you're embraced by an atmosphere that promotes inner peace.

The Indian head massage I received was nothing short of magical. Sally seemed to understand exactly where tension had settled in my shoulders, neck, and scalp. As the massage progressed, I could feel the stress and knots melting away, leaving me in a state of pure bliss. The soothing oils used during the massage transported me to a realm of tranquillity, and I found myself drifting into a state of deep relaxation. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to return for more moments of mindful bliss.”

Tara - Orleton Pre School Manager

“Sally came into our workplace and developed an amazing self-care workshop. Firstly Sally was incredibly flexible working around what staff could do.  This meant splitting the workshop into two sections over two consecutive weeks due to staff illness. She made the workshop fun, engaged with us and really let us develop our well-being while guiding us.” – Tara – Orleton Pre-School Manager

 Polly

“”Gave some inspiration on how to re-focus attention on ourselves for our own well-being, me time if just important for us as looking after others. Session ran well, engages well with you and makes it enjoyable.

Vicky

“Great explanation of how important well-being is to ourselves so that we can pass that on to the children in our care. Lovely meditation session and made it enjoyable for all involved. Helped us to be able to realise and use strategies to help us cope in stressful situations, e.g. meditation, great that we can use with children as well to help calm them down, also made the sessions very fun and enjoyable”.

Debbie

“I particularly enjoyed the meditation session it has given me tools to refocus my attention when becoming overwhelmed. The yoga was great and put emphasis on how important it is to stretch your body and mind. Sally was great throughout, made it fun and really got the importance across of why we need to care for ourselves; I’ve learnt some fabulous coping mechanisms that I use daily. Thank you  “

 Sandra

“The session itself was relaxing and made you realise that ‘some me time’ and time spent with friends is important for your own well-being and for others. Sally communicated the course very calmly and made you feel relaxed.”
